At ClayCoded, we are committed to making our website and digital services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe accessibility is an essential part of good design and inclusive business practice.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a minimum standard. Many of our design choices also align with AAA standards where feasible. We prioritise:
We are aware of a rare edge case involving our navigation menu. Due to margin manipulation techniques, the menu may—under very specific conditions—display white text on a white background, making it difficult to read. This issue is uncommon and does not affect most users, but we are actively monitoring it.
Our site currently includes a dropdown menu under the “Services” section for quick access to individual service pages. While we strive to make this navigation accessible, we recognise that dropdowns can pose challenges for some users, including those using assistive technologies or touch devices.
To address this, we are developing a dedicated Services overview page that will list all our offerings in one accessible place. This page will go live before July 2025.
